All tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that the event is cancelled by CIBPA Toronto.
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with instructions regarding refunds or credits, at the discretion of the organizer.
If you have registered for an event and are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future CIBPA Toronto event, provided that written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Credits hold no cash value and are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance.

CIBPA Toronto reserves the right to modify the event date, venue, program, speakers, or format if required. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders of any material changes.

By attending this event, you and your guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such media by CIBPA Toronto for promotional, marketing, reporting, and archival purposes across any platform, without compensation.

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions by Monday, September 14, 2026 by activating your ticket(s) and providing the required information through our ticketing platform, GuestDeck.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, CIBPA Toronto cannot guarantee allergen free food or prevent cross-contact, and assumes no liability for adverse reactions.

CIBPA Toronto maintains zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour of any kind.
CIBPA Toronto reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

CIBPA Toronto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you and your guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Each table or group package admits the number of guests specified at the time of purchase.
The purchaser may designate attendees and substitute guests as needed, provided the total number does not exceed the ticketed allotment.

CIBPA Toronto does not issue tax receipts for event registrations, sponsorships, or related purchases.
Donations made through the checkout donation button are directed to the CIBPA Education Foundation, a registered charitable organization.
Eligible charitable tax receipts will be issued by the CIBPA Education Foundation only to the original purchaser, based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all required and accurate information is submitted.
Tax receipts, where applicable, will be issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations.

All provisions outlined in Section 1 (Media Consent, Allergies, Conduct, and Liability) apply equally to group tickets, table purchases, and sponsorship attendees.

By purchasing a table, group ticket, or sponsorship package, you and your guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
